As our teas are ingestible consumable items, we strictly maintain hygiene and safety protocols. Therefore, we do not offer any refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Delays in delivery caused by courier companies
  • Allergic reactions or health concerns post-consumption
  • Minor packaging scuffs or variations that do not affect product quality

We take utmost care in packing your order. However, if your package appears to be physically damaged or tampered with upon delivery, we request you to refuse the package and notify us immediately.

To report a delivery issue, email us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear images/videos of the package (including outer box and product)

We will investigate the issue and respond on a case-by-case basis. However, this does not guarantee a refund or replacement.
